Our annual year-end showcase was a complete success! We had an amazing turnout, our students performed their hearts out, and most importantly, they were able to conquer the nerves of performing publicly while having lots of fun! This showcase allowed our students from North Miami, Georgia Jones-Ayers, Citrus Grove, and Cutler Bay Middle Schools to perform together and show off all the hard work they’ve put in throughout the year. Being able to perform for an audience helps our students gain confidence in their talents, connect with the wider community, and reinforce the power of music and mentorship to bring positive vibes and people together.

Performances ranged from solo rapping by students from our Educate Tomorrow Music Solutions Lab, to synchronized dancing and Cutler Bay’s marching band beats. Our students have all excelled in different areas of musical performance and composition – hearing their original songs performed live was beyond special for them and for us. All ticket sale proceeds went directly to Guitars Over Guns’ efforts to keep providing mentorship in music and positive living to our local youth. We thank and appreciate every single person who came out to watch and support our extremely talented students.
